NovaPharm Ent. seeking an experienced BOOKKEEPER to assist within the accounting department, including but not limited to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Record daily financial transactions (purchases, sales, expenses) into the general ledger.
• Manage invoices, issue payments to vendors, and follow up on client payments.
• Prepare preliminary financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss (P&L) statements.
• Assist with tax filings and maintain compliance with local/federal regulations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support business owner with cash flow tracking and financial reporting using softwares like QuickBooks or Excel.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage, track, and file financial documentation.
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting clerical roles within a Pharmacy or Healthcare organization
• Detail-oriented and organized.
