BEIGE/GOLD SLEEPER COUCH and LOVESEAT. Old but in good condition. Quite heavy, so you will need more than one person for sure, and probably a pick-up truck. I live in a condo building, so it will have to be brought down vertically in the elevator. The mattress looks like it has never been used. May need to be cleaned since it was exposed to a smoker.
