Hiring CDL-A company drivers out of our Miami terminal. Dry van, no-touch, drop-and-hook freight on assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadias.

💰 PAY
$1,600–$2,430 per week
$0.57 CPM base + up to $0.15 in bonuses = $0.72 CPM effective
2,800–3,200 miles per week
Weekly direct deposit — no games, no holdbacks

🏠 HOME TIME
OTR: Out 2–3 weeks, home 3–7 days in Miami
Routes planned in advance — no last-minute changes
Miami terminal: 160 Ali Baba Ave, Opa Locka, FL

🚚 YOUR TRUCK
Late-model Freightliner Cascadias — assigned to you
No slip-seating. 2026 trailers. Fuel card included.

📋 REQUIREMENTS
CDL-A license
1+ year OTR experience
Clean MVR and drug screen

🚚 POSITION
Type: Company Driver (W-2, Full-time)
Route: OTR — Southeast, Midwest, East Coast lanes
Freight: Dry van, 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook

NATS runs 131 trucks across Miami, Jacksonville, and Indianapolis. Big enough for steady freight. Small enough that dispatch knows your name.
