Home-time schedules are planned around lane structure, driver home-time preferences, income goals, freight availability, and other common operational variables inherent to over-the-road trucking. Schedules are coordinated in advance and may vary by assignment as freight patterns and lane requirements evolve.
π² The first 90 days will serve as a mutual probationary period for us to learn about you as a driver and for you to learn our operation. Based on performance, reliability, and lane availability, drivers may have the opportunity to be assigned to dedicated lanes as new customer freight is onboarded. During this period, we guarantee $1,500 per week, provided basic operating expectations are met, including availability, safety compliance, and service performance.
Requirements:
π30 years Minimum Driving Age: All drivers should be 30+ years old, unless approved by manager.
π 2+ Years Minimum Driving Experience: We prefer drivers to have 5+ years experience, unless approved by manager.
π₯Valid Medical Card: All drivers are required to complete a medical exam prior to employment.
πClean Record: Minimum 3 years with no serious violations, 5 years with no caused accidents.
πͺπΌStrong Solo Driver: All drivers should be able to run a minimum 2400-4000 miles every week.
πͺπΌLoad Securement: All drivers should be able to secure 5x loads per week according to DOT.
COMPENSATION PLAN (W2)
π° Mileage pay based on experience, loaded and empty, door to door based on software calculations
π° $25/hour detention (2 hours free, must be documented via BOL matching ELD)
π° $150/day layover (Full Day Sitting, rarely happens, but things do happen in trucking)
π° $150/reset period over the road not home or running recap miles (34 reset OTR)
π° $100/night hotel reimbursement credit if sleeping in the truck isnβt an option
π° $150/clean Safety DOT inspection (1-3 level)
π°$500 or $0.01 CPM raise per CDL driver referred to our company.
π°$500 per month potential performance bonus.
Additional Details: We are currently hiring 3x Company Drivers for our Dry Van division we are launching and taking names for a wait list for 5x more trucks coming in April/May. We have multiple dedicated customers in our pipeline requiring dry van trailers and we are currently bringing on company drivers in preparation for work. We are leasing a new office/yard in Hilliard Ohio with goals to hire a minimum of 40x drivers. Owner has been a driver who understands the road and often jumps in a truck to run freight or speak with clients/prospects.
