Altera Landscaping is a newly launched landscaping and property maintenance company in South Florida. We are hiring a Field Supervisor / Lead Technician to run day-to-day field operations and help establish strong standards as the company grows.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with real landscaping experience who is comfortable running jobs, leading crews, and being accountable for quality and execution.
This is a W2 employee position. No contractors. No 1099.
Responsibilities
Lead daily field operations across active jobs
Assign tasks, manage schedules, and supervise crews
Ensure job quality, productivity, and safety standards
Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients during job execution
Coordinate materials, equipment, and job readiness
Use the company CRM (QuoteIQ) to track jobs, notes, photos, and status
Support assigned inbound leads, walk-throughs, and standard estimates
Identify upsell and add-on opportunities when appropriate
Communicate issues, progress, and needs clearly to the owner
Requirements
Landscaping or field operations experience
Crew leadership or supervisor experience preferred
Valid Florida driver’s license
Fully authorized to work in the United States
Reliable, organized, and able to make field-level decisions
Strong communication and accountability
