Responsibilities
* Build and assemble custom cabinetry, closets, vanities, wall units, and architectural millwork
* Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists
* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
* Ensure precision, quality, and consistency in all finished products
* Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installers
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in custom cabinetry or architectural millwork
* Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and hardware
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with high-end commercial projects preferred
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
* Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
