We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations supervisor with experience in construction to join our team! This is a field-based position requiring travel throughout Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress using construction management software
- Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations, including conducting safety meetings and inspections
- Manage on-site personnel, providing supervision, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure team productivity
- Track and manage estimated hours per scope
- Lead efforts in project scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving to keep projects on track
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Proven construction experience (required)
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously
-Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
