Must be all around experienced in ALL CATEGORIES

Will be tested on

Painting color
Clear coating
Orange peal removal
Efficient Body work
Wet Sanding
High speed buffing stages
High speed polishing
Plastic welding repair
Headlight restoration
Parts removal replacement

1. Transporting your self and tools -Talking to customers in Broward - Miami - Palm

2. Carrying out repair start to finish including paint work with fast drying and wet sanding for ultimate shine.

3.must be able to use creativity in repair techniques to guarantee a safe secure repair for the customer so as no parts underneath or on the bumper come loose.

4. Must be very experienced at body work not just good. No scratches or flaws showing in the final product. No rush jobs

5.Wow the customer- these are high end clients whom we look forward to feedback from.

6. Well groomed and neetly dressed

7. Well professionally mannered/ no out loud phone calls, Music , smoking , or using customers facilities. No Drugs

8. No Shows or Late to Calls Strictly Prohibited at all- 30 min buffer window. Customers skip work and miss meetings for these appointments. We do not reschedule unless due to weather.

9. Must be local to Broward for starting point by 8 am on location by 9 am latest

10. Valid drivers license. All guard gates require a drivers license for entry.
