We’re a fast-growing residential painting company based in Broward County, and we’re looking for **hands-on, professional owner/operators** to join our team.
We handle all advertising, customer acquisition, and scheduling. You focus on what you do best: **painting**.
No more chasing leads, picking colors, or dealing with billing headaches. We do all that for you. You paint, get paid, and move on to the next one.

🪜 **HOW IT WORKS**
1️⃣ We meet the customer, confirm the scope, colors, and timeline.
2️⃣ We text job details to our partner painters: cross streets, measurements, photos/video, timeframe, and quote.
3️⃣ You respond with availability within the customer’s window.
4️⃣ If you accept, we send the address and job specifics 24 hours before start so you can order supplies.
5️⃣ On day one, we meet the client with you, hand off professionally, then you run the show.
6️⃣ Final day: walkthrough with customer. When they’re 100% satisfied, we collect final payment and you get **paid to paint** (after probation, same day, during probation after check clears).

📋 **REQUIREMENTS**
• Owner/operator – no re-subbing 🔒
• Licensed & insured (MUST be on Sunbiz and have Workers Comp and General Liability $1,000,000 & WILL verify)
• Reliable communication – Answer calls/texts quickly 📲
• Clean, professional appearance (Sherwin-Williams or plain work shirts)
• Unmarked or magnetized vans 🚐
• Non-smoking job sites (includes vapes) 🚭
• Two professional references (Clients, General Contractor’s, Sherwin Rep)
• Sign a simple **Non-Solicitation** agreement (job-specific – don’t poach clients)
• Bilingual a plus (Se habla español) 🌎
