Growing construction company seeking a reliable, organized assistant to support daily operations in both the office and the field.

Responsibilities
• Schedule jobs, inspections, deliveries, and crews
• Follow up with leads and existing customers (calls, texts, emails)
• Track prospects and active jobs so nothing falls through the cracks
• Maintain job notes, spreadsheets, and CRM updates
• Send invoices, proposals, and basic documents
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
• Site visits for photos, progress checks, and material drop-offs

Requirements
• Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
• Comfortable on the phone and with customers
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Construction experience
