Who We Are: We are a licensed adult film production company based in north Broward County, Florida. We specialize in creating authentic amateur and mainstream content. We're a growing studio looking for a reliable Production Assistant to join our team.
A Quick, Important Note: Due to the nature of this role, which includes acting as a studio spokesperson at conventions and communicating directly with our customers, we are specifically seeking a female applicant for this position. This is a behind-the-scenes role. You will not be on camera or participate in any s*xual activity. However, you must be comfortable viewing s*xual content. This is a fantastic opportunity for college students or stay-at-home moms looking for flexible, interesting work.
The Gig: This is a part-time, independent contractor position (approx. 10-15 hours/week) starting at the beginning of the year. Pay is $12/hour plus performance-based monthly bonuses. This is primarily a work-from-home gig, but you must be local for training, occasional set assistance (1-2 times/month), local conventions, and studio meetings.
What You'll Do:
Customer & Fan Communication- Handle customer orders via email/messaging and engage with fans on behalf of the models and studio.
Social Media Management- Create, schedule, and post content across X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Boost engagement by liking, commenting, and resharing.
Production Support- Assist with scheduling shoots with talent, help with basic setup/takedown on set, and capture behind-the-scenes content.
Event Assistance- Help manage our booth, marketing, and appearances at local adult conventions.
You're the Right Fit If You Have:
High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation and a responsible, proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of major social media platforms.
Solid customer service and organization skills.
Your own computer/laptop and a smartphone compatible with modern apps.
Common sense, initiative, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
We can train you on the specifics of our studio operations, social media strategies, and production workflows. We can't teach responsibility or common sense, you gotta bring that yourself.
