BMH Ventures, a global manufacturer of CBD infused products is searching for an administrative assistant to the director of sales.
This is a fast paced call center environment within a young minded growing company.
Assisting sales director and sales reps with daily administrative work
Management of CRM and customer data
Data entry - entering sales into quickbooks.
Working closely with shipping to ensure orders are fulfilled
Various duties throughout the office to assist in the sales process.
Qualities and skills required:
Positive, upbeat friendly and outgoing
Whatever it takes attitude
Desire to succeed and accomplish tasks
Willing to go the extra mile to get things done
Not easily flustered or frustrated.
Knowledge of local restaurants for lunch delivery
Extremely computer proficient
Knowledge of Insightly or similiar CRM's
Microsoft office suite
Data entry- accurately type sufficiently fast
Able to start immediately
