Overview
We are a growing public-safety technology company specializing in solar-powered security systems, emergency call boxes, cameras, and smart-city infrastructure for universities, hospitals, and municipalities nationwide.
We are looking for a Technology Manager to run point on our systems, support, configuration, and internal tech operations. This is an in-office role (not remote).
Responsibilities
Manage and support security camera systems, networking, cellular devices, and monitoring platforms
Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs, LTE/5G routers, PoE switches, and access equipment
Coordinate with installers, service techs, and customers on technical issues
Maintain device inventory, SIMs, firmware, and system documentation
Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support (phone, email, internal)
Assist with system testing, QA, and commissioning before deployments
Work closely with ownership and operations team
Requirements
Strong technical background (networking, IP cameras, cellular, or similar)
Comfortable with routers, switches, IP addressing, VPNs, and PoE
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple systems
Clear communicator (you’ll talk to customers and techs)
Reliable, professional, and problem-solver mindset
Prior security, IT, AV, or telecom experience is a big plus
Nice to Have
Experience with VMS platforms
Cellular/LTE device configuration experience
Low-voltage or security industry background

Job #2: Traveling Installer / Field Technician
Location: Based in South Florida (Travel Required)
Type: Full-Time

Overview
We are hiring a Traveling Installer / Field Technician to install and service outdoor security and emergency systems across Florida and the Southeast.
This role involves travel, hands-on work, and real-world installations — not desk work.
Responsibilities
Install outdoor security cameras, emergency call boxes, and solar systems
Run and terminate low-voltage wiring
Mount poles, equipment enclosures, and devices
Assist with system setup, testing, and commissioning
Travel to job sites (universities, hospitals, cities)
Work with our internal tech team to complete installs correctly
Perform service calls and upgrades when needed
Requirements
Hands-on installer or technician experience
Comfortable with tools, ladders, lifts, and outdoor work
Willing to travel (Florida + Southeast US)
Valid driver’s license
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Nice to Have
Low-voltage, electrical, or security installation experience
Experience with cameras, networking, or solar equipment
Lift or OSHA certifications (not required)
