Nice neighborhood near downtown Ft. Lauderdale, within walking distance to many amenities. You'll have a completely private room and bathroom – one room has an optional private entrance. You have full use of all the common areas, including the shaded back yard, well-equipped kitchen, porch, living and dining rooms. The other room may also be occupied briefly. We do access the house to water plants, check on things, and store some items, but your rooms are private.
Ideal for laid-back, quiet, calm, green, living. Great for EMF or chemically sensitive individuals because we use no chemical cleaners, pesticides, or fragrances and we don't permit incense, scented oils or anything else that leaves a lingering odor. No animal flesh. No Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or HOTSPOTS. We provide high-speed internet in the rooms via ethernet cables, and we do not have a EMF electric meter.
Walk to coffee shop, Performing Arts Center, grocery store, brewery, restaurants, community pool, library, parks, water trolley, water taxi, sun trolley, bus lines, and tennis court. We have a bike to lend.
