This Char-Broil /the big easy/is a oil -less TRU-Infrared turkey or other meats fryer. And great to warm up foods in basket. GET READY FOR THE SEASON.
Never need to get oil,much safer to use. Has manual and a recipe book for vegetables/ect.
Propane powered to 16,000 BTU. And it comes with Grill Cave rocks for keeping the food warm when removed from the Char-Broil. Just put the rocks at the bottom of the food cage and the rocks will keep the food warm.
