We are a national insurance agency has expanded nationally. For 2026, we have entered new markets and product lines. We are seeking qualified applicant(s) who are both non-licensed (inexperienced) individuals who desire to get licensed and licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents (2-15) and property and casualty (2-20). Our current expertise lies in seamlessly helping and qualifying individuals for Medicare, life insurance, property & casualty, ACA, dental, and international travel insurance division. For 2026, we are now operating in the group and institutional employer based benefits sector. Sokar Group is expanding every month in different states and product lines and by the year end 2026. We expect to hit our national expansion goals and new businesses. WE ARE GROWING FOR MANY MANY REASONS.
Requirements:
(1) Experienced license Requirement: 2-40 or 2-14 or 2-15 or 2-20 and "clean record"
(2) Inexperience requirements/ non-license: The agency will help train you and get you appointed if you are the RIGHT person that exhibit true motivation.
(3) Possess a functional smartphone, tablet, and/or computer
(4) Willingness to learn is probably the most important quality
(5) Understand and utilize social media
Compensation:
(1) Compensation: commission 1099
Note: direct pay with carriers with Medicare, life, dental, disability, worksite or employer group benefits, and other product lines.
You control your renewals and your book of business 100%
Responsibilities:
(1) Attending a mandatory compliance orientation quarterly and weekly Monday corporate update zoom meeting /calls
(2) CRM training
(3) If 2-20: learn about Property & Casualty (Business, Home, car, liability, and etc) If 2-15: learn about Medicare, life, dental, worksite employer group benefits, LTC, disability insurance, and other products.
(4) Computer skills is needed to effectively function
Position Type: Independent contractor will have multiple work options
(1) To be assigned to a large well known retail store
(2) Field broker
(3) Assigned to larger retailer and outside community events
(4) Community involvement
(5) Social Media
Marketing:
We encourage all brokers to have a written marketing plan so they can track the and execute the plan accordingly
There are marketing dollars ($$$$) available from the firm and its select outside partners for those who successfully execute their marketing / business plan. That is a great resource to assist in the brokers business model in whatever you chose. We truly help support the broker as much as possible so they can flourish economically. We have this saying “ If you are not successful we are not successful”. Our organization truly believes in that saying and some of the things we do internally to help in certain areas is critical to the brokers success.
• Training:
All agents will be going thru an intensive onboarding process on all the product lines that they are licensed and appointed. At the end of the process, you will be READY TO SELL (RTS).
