We’re looking for motivated, goal-driven agents to join our life insurance call center team.
💰 Pay Structure:
• $400 weekly base pay
• $25 per deal (1–5 per week)
• $50 per deal (6–9 per week)
• $60 per deal (10+ per week)
• Daily spiffs
• No chargebacks
📞 What You’ll Do:
• Make outbound calls to warm/fresh leads
• Discuss life insurance options
• Close deals and hit weekly goals
✅ Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Sales mindset & coachable attitude
• Life insurance license preferred (we can help you get licensed)
