I have a room for rent. I am located in lighthouse point in Pompano Beach. The room is paired with a restroom and for the kitchen and living room is able to be shared. It is a single person setup and fully furnished as seen in the images. Parking is good for one. There is a laundry room. It's a month to month room for rent....It would be first ($1,150)and security.... security is only 200 not half to move in immediately. No pets and 1 guest at a time and not allowed to stay over night. It's a personal residence that I still live in...... pretty much everything is right around the corner or within a couple of minutes.......Do you have any questions?
