I work 30 hours a week at Home Depot and am seeking another working person. I'm on temporary leave and will return to work next month. I have a pet rabbit that stays in its cage downstairs—no other pets, please. The room will be vacant next month, but I need your information promptly for the HOA to issue a parking sticker (application is simple). Looking for a non-smoker who works regularly. My nephew has mostly moved out.
I prefer not to have strangers in the house; if you have one or two visitors, I’d like to get to know them first. Visitors must leave at a reasonable hour—no overnight guests. This is a safe neighborhood with a parking attendant on patrol at night.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, Netflix, HBO Max, and Prime TV. The house is on the same block as two malls, IHOP, Seabras deli, a Brazilian grocery store, a laundromat, a hair stylist/barber, Family Dollar Tree, and across the street from Bank of America and Subway. Many other stores are within walking distance, and a frequent bus stop is one block away. Deerfield Beach is 17 minutes away.
I am visually impaired, temporarily worsened due to finishing radiation treatment, so I drive very rarely. No couples allowed per HOA rules (you’d need to rent the whole townhouse). Lease is yearly for the first year, then month-to-month. Please complete a free rental application. After approval, I need first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a $250 security deposit. No overnight guests.
