Who are we?
We are Decorative Ceiling Tiles, an established company with over 15 years in the industry, dedicated to the sale and distribution of decorative ceiling and wall products. Our Margate warehouse operates with a small, committed, and trustworthy team.
The Position
We are looking for a hardworking, punctual, and energetic person to support daily warehouse operations. If you enjoy physical work, an active environment, and want job stability, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
Receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise, order preparation (picking and packing), maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness, and general support of daily operations.
Pay Levels Based on Experience:
$14/hour — No prior experience (we train on the job)
$15/hour — Basic warehouse experience (6+ months)
$16/hour — Solid warehouse, picking/packing or logistics experience (1+ year)
$17/hour — Advanced experience: inventory management, forklift, or team leadership
Requirements:
Full-time availability (Mon–Fri), ability to perform physical work (lifting, moving boxes, standing), legal authorization to work in the United States, reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work.
