I'm originally from Maryland and have spent most of my life working in my family's businesses.
We have some rental property and a small-engine repair shop, which I'd managed for years.
I manage a few rentals here that all have tenants and don't normally require much of my time.
I'm also an active FL licensed home inspector but haven't started in that field.
I come with no substance issues and no criminal record, can pass any type of background check.
I work hard, am reliable, honest, and trustworthy, these are traits I take pride in.
Some of my skills: I can find and screen tenants, read/comprehend contracts, as well as do most mid-level HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
I'm a college graduate with fairly decent computer skills, can learn most programs needed quickly
Am looking for part or full-time work, also open to something occasional or temporary.
