I have no degrees except in life experience. I have dealt with large and small companies. I was a general manager of a group of insurance agents and trained them in selling. I started a phone bank for the agency I worked for with 7 phone people. In my lifetime I had 12 men to manage when I worked with my father in construction when I was only 18 years old. Then again in 2010 with my home remolding business in PA. I had 5 workers working for me then. My back got so bad that I had to sell the business and move to Florida in 2014. There I started HK Services Credit Card Broker & Marketing. After an operation in 2017 on my back that fixed part of my problem but not all. I am still getting shots in my back.
My experience is not only working closely with other people in the work place but also with the end user.
I am very well educated on how to ask closed-end questions.
When it comes to handling clients my phone skills are very good. I will call them up time and time again just to say hi and convince them to become my client. I will write down my last conversation with them for my next call or visit. If someone was sick I would ask about that first.
My people skills are extremely good because I listen first and respond later. I try to fill their need,s not mine. That’s the difference between a good salesperson and a mediocre one.
I am looking for a part-time or full-time remote position or working for a home remodeler as an estimator. I do not need any benefits but would like life insurance only. No medical or other benefits.
You won’t have to take out any taxes either, 1099 only. The only thing I don’t have is a land line. I have an office set up in my house and I am proficient with Office Professional and other programs. I have created layouts of remodeling via word or Publisher for my own house for addition and was given to the city of Tamarac.
