Provide facility management for the Fort Lauderdale Beach Place Plaza, with 500,000+ sf of retail space:

Supervise an efficient and motivated staff. Plan schedules and manage workflow by shift, ensuring coverage 7 days per week. Train, develop, and coach team members to promote quality work and positive attitudes

Oversee all aspects of the facility including maintenance, renovations, and compliance with safety standards

Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and schedules

Perform general maintenance and repairs to include plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting

Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices

Assist with handling machinery, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, irrigation, and HVAC

Replace and install building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, switches, fuses, light bulbs, and wallpaper

Ensure housekeeping and janitorial maintenance including scrubbing, waxing, and cleaning carpets and floors

Routinely walk property to inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment. Report suspicious activities to local authorities

Respond immediately to maintenance requests, incidents, and emergencies; ensuring outstanding customer service

Can paint walls, piping, floors, electrical and equipment, and pressure wash common grounds

Monitor third-party vendors, tenant work orders, project management, sub-contractors’ performance, and quality of work

Troubleshoot, evaluate, and recommend upgrades, modifications, and savings opportunities for maintenance operations

Handle inventory and procurement/ordering of supplies, equipment, and tools
