I enjoy precision/detail-oriented work and am especially interested in TIG welding, custom projects, and smaller fabrication work where quality and attention to detail matter. Looking for indoor shop opportunities involving TIG welding, production welding, custom fabrication, or precision metal work.

● Perform in-process and final inspections of medical device components and assemblies to
ensure compliance with engineering specifications and regulatory standards.
● Conduct dimensional and electrical inspections of sub-assemblies and finished systems using
calibrated measuring equipment and test instruments.
● Interpret engineering drawings, manufacturing prints, wire diagrams, and assembly
documentation to approve or reject components based on defined acceptance criteria.

● Precision machining company serving aerospace, defense, and entertainment clients including
Lockheed Martin, Collins Aerospace, ITI Engineering, and Walt Disney. Specializes in
high-tolerance components machined from aluminum, steel, nickel, and other alloys.
○ Quoting & Purchasing Support: Interpreted engineering/technical drawings and parts
lists to identify raw material and hardware needs; determined production flow, including
any necessary outsourcing, and entered costs into Fulcrum ERP to prepare competitive
RFQs for clients. Coordinated with vendors for pricing raw material, hardware, and
outside processes such as anodizing, powder coating, nickel plating, welding,
silkscreening and painting.
○ Receiving & Compliance: Received metals and hardware into ERP, ensuring full
traceability. Collected and organized supplier Certificates of Conformance, packing slips,
and material certifications to support First Article Inspection (FAI) packets required by
clients.
○ Production & Assembly Support: Assisted machinists with part flow through
production, assisted in mechanical assembly, and basic knowledge of use of CloudRay
laser to laser mark part number and other etchings per client request.
○ Shipping & Logistics: Prepared outgoing shipments, packaged sensitive parts and
assemblies, created shipping paperwork in FedEx, UPS, and Pirate Ship. Submitted
delivery documentation and FAI packets into customer systems (Lockheed Martin,
Disney) for inspection approval prior to shipment. Operated forklift to move palletized
deliveries and shipments off and onto trucks.
○ Cross-Functional Coordination: Monitored job timelines, identified late orders, and
supported prioritization to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction. Acted as a link
between machinists, quality inspectors, and leadership across all stages of the production
