Seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Assistant to help move our real estate deals from contract to closing fast. You’ll coordinate between sellers, buyers, title companies, and HOAs to keep every transaction on track.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure contracts are fully signed
• Showing Buyers in and Sellers at Properties
• Introduce yourself to sellers & buyers
• Process contracts with title
• Contact HOA + gather approvals (if needed)
• Send/receive escrow letters & lien searches
• Schedule inspections
• Weekly follow-up with all parties until closing
• Request surveys or tenant estoppels when needed
• Make sure all required documents are complete (Contract, Assignment/JV, HOA docs, lien search, etc.)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Extremely organized
• Strong communicator
• Comfortable on the phone
• Can manage multiple files at once
• Real estate experience is a plus but NOT required
• Reliable Transportation
