High Volume Call Center is Seeking Receptionist

Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
· Answer inbound client calls and route any calls/emails to the appropriate department and representative
. Check and log voicemail messages
· Greet visitors

Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proficient in relevant computer applications
· Required language proficiency
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
· Data entry and typing experience and skill
· Knowledge of administration and clerical processes including photocopying, fax, and mailing
