About AquaFlow (www.AquaFlow.com)
AquaFlow manufactuers in Miami a technical flow-conditioning water valve installed after the water meter, helping homes and businesses improve water flow performance and reduce water bills. As we scale installations around the world, we're looking for a detail-oriented coordinator to help keep every install on track from start to finish.
About the Role
We're hiring a Plumbing & Installation Coordinator to manage the moving pieces behind our global network of installations. You'll be the connective tissue between our team, local plumbers/installers, and customers — scheduling jobs, tracking progress, and making sure every installation gets done right and on time. This is an in-office, full-time role based at our South Florida headquarters.
What You'll Do
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for AquaFlow valve installations with plumbers and installation partners around the world
• Serve as the main point of contact between AquaFlow, installers, and customers throughout the installation process
• Track installation status, timelines, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Communicate technical and plumbing-related installation requirements clearly to installers and customers
• Manage day-to-day email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally
• Help source, vet, and onboard local plumbers/installers in new regions
• Troubleshoot basic installation or scheduling issues and escalate when needed
• Keep organized digital records of every installation from scheduling through completion
• Coordinate across time zones to support installs happening globally
• Travel to installation sites as needed to conduct site surveys (all travel expenses paid)
What We're Looking For
• Familiarity with plumbing or plumbing infrastructure (background as a plumber, plumbing apprentice, or in plumbing supply/service coordination is a plus)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable managing a high volume of email
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple installations at once
• Comfortable coordinating with partners across different time zones
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong customer-service instincts
• Able to work full-time, in-office
Nice to have: prior experience as a coordinator, dispatcher, or project/installation manager; experience with scheduling or CRM software; additional languages.
