Established Property Management Company is looking for a maintenance/handyman/ cleaning workers to join our team.
Qualifications:
Experience in Handyman type repairs (roofing experience is a plus) including some or all of the following:
• Roofing (a plus)
• Repairs
• Painting & plastering/sheetrock
• Flooring
• Lighting/plumbing fixture repair and replacement
• Site clean-up including power wash weekly
General Requirements:
- Must have own transportation
- Reliable and hardworking
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Good communication skills.
We are seeking an individual who will work hard, with the strong potential of growing with our company, currently looking for long-term work.
