A Real Estate Investment Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential properties, including condominiums and single-family homes in Broward County.

Responsible, reliable, and punctual
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software
Experience with AppFolio property management software (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Daily management of residential properties
Answering incoming phone calls and tenant inquiries
Preparing and managing lease agreements
Processing condo applications and tenant approvals
Managing properties through AppFolio, including tenant records and payments
Coordinating work orders and vendor services
Managing tenant relations
Rent collection and account tracking
Issuing 3-day notices and assisting with eviction processes
Resolving and clearing property violations
Residential property management experience required
