CV Management is seeking a reliable, organized secretary to join our property management office in Hollywood.
Position: Secretary
Location: Hollywood
Type: full -time 8:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Mon-Friday
Responsibilities:
Needs to know how to access AppFolio program needs computer skills MUST, Fast learner with common sense
• Assist with daily office operations
• Handle phone calls, emails, and client communication
• Support property management staff with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
• Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Word and other computer programs
• Perform general administrative tasks and light data entry
• Maintain organized files and records
Requirements:
• Experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word; familiarity with additional programs is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle office duties efficiently
• Basic experience in property management is helpful but not required
Must Know English and Spanish
