• About Employment

We are a painting and cleaning small family-owned company seeking a team member to assist the owner. This will entail company administration duties, customer service responding to calls, and emails, and assisting in preparing quotes, invoices, receive payment, schedule personnel, file and reconcile credit card statements.

Examples of Duties:


• Respond and received phone calls.
• Prepare quotes, purchase orders and invoices.
• Receive customer payment in QB
• Order Office, Cleaning and Painting Supplies needed by personnel
• Performs filing according to office standards.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Reconcile Credit Cards Statements
• Scheduling and dispatch of jobs for (Painter and Cleaner) workers
• Maintain and coordinate appointments and calendars.


Qualifications: to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Must have office and administrative experience
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Good communication (verbal, written) skills and superior phone skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc.)
• Accounting knowledge in Quick Books (preferred)
• Works well with others
• Well organized
• A friendly personality
• Strong attention to detail and is coachable

Office Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Morning 9:30am to 4:00pm with 30min break
• This is a part time position of 30hrs a week with a very high probability of becoming full time to the proper candidate.
