Stellar Holdings LLC, is a wholesale real estate investment company, and were seeking a talented Executive Assistant/Transaction Manager to work closely with its owner, with an ultimate objective of closing more transactions and becoming more profitable. ( No real estate experience is OK, the lucky person we select will be trained) Sales, Negotiation, Administrative and/or customer service experience is a plus.

Simply put, we help small to medium size real estate investors build wealth by locating hidden off market opportunities that no one else knows about. We do this by being a trusted solution to homeowners who want to liquidate their real estate quickly.

Must be able to work 40 hours a week from our Davie Office from the hours of 9-6pm Monday thru Friday with a (One hour Lunch).

Compensation will start at $13.50 per hour + Unlimited Bonuses. It's not uncommon to earn $500 - $1,500 + per month in bonuses.

We made a point to create a Super fantastic bonus program with lots of upside, all of which are tied to company revenue. I will tell you more about it in our interview. For now, just know that it can nearly double your hourly pay when achieved. So for all you go getting, go the extra mile by any means necessary, competitive folks, I hope I’ve got your attention!

Some Key tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinating all company transactions from contract to close.
- Follow up with buyers and sellers on pending contracts.
- Schedule appointments for Sales and Acquisition Manager
- Research title and lien issues to assist our buyer and seller.
- Capture buyer and seller testimonials
- Assisting owner with any misc tasks needed in respect to the business.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:
Looking for a long term position with a growing company. They have great spoken English and can build rapport with people both in person and over the phone. ( This is important, if your not a people person please DO NOT apply )

The ideal candidate should have Phone Sales, Negotiation, Administrative and/or customer service experience in any industry.

Yes...Sales and/or Negotiation is going to need a strong suit or something you have a desire to learn and excel at. This is not a pure customer service or administrative role, so if the idea of sales or negotiation scares you this will not be for you.

This person is not afraid to follow-up relentlessly get deals closed.

The perfect candidate will be detail oriented, well organized and able to navigate a MAC computer with speed and ease. If you believe you have these qualities and you're looking for a new challenge with tremendous upside than this may be for you.
