Job Description
We are a growing startup insurance agency seeking a Florida Licensed Insurance Agent to sell and service home and car insurance, including Homeowners and Auto policies. This role is ideal for a motivated, self-driven professional looking to grow with a new company.
Minimum Qualifications
Active Florida 220
High school diploma or equivalent
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (email, CRM, quoting systems)
Minimum Experience
0–1 year insurance experience required
New licensees welcome to apply
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Quote and sell Home & Auto insurance policies
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
Maintain accurate client records
Follow Florida insurance regulations and company guidelines
