We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a busy Pool Construction office. Must know permitting, be proficient with permitting processes, incremental job invoicing, familiar with construction software (any), accounting software, preferably QuickBooks. Must know Excel and Word. Builder Trend would be a plus. We need someone who catches on quickly and needs minimal supervision to get the job done. Must be multi-tasking and willing to work hard. If you want a career and not just a job, this is the position for you. 40 hours per week...hours 8 am to 5 pm.
