What you’ll work on (real aviation work, not filler)
Aviation Litigation / Disputes:
Aircraft owner/operator disputes, maintenance/inspection/repair disputes/air crash litigation, Charter, management, and hangar disputes, State, federal, and international arbitration matters as needed
FAA / Regulatory & Compliance
FAA enforcement support and response strategy, Operational compliance counseling (Part 91 / 135 / 121 / 145 issues),
Proactive guidance for aviation businesses.
Who we’re looking for:
JD from an accredited law school
Florida Bar Card
Strong legal writing, issue-spotting, reseasrch skills and client-ready communication, learning language model competency
High ownership: you don’t wait to be told what’s next—you anticipate it
Preferred (not required)
1–5+ years in litigation (Aviation experience not required)
