Pay: $17.00 per hour/Weekly pay/Full-time (40 hours per week)
1st Shift/ 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM/ Occasional Saturdays
Contract Duration: July 2, 2026 – December 27, 2026
Location: Pompano Beach, FL 33073
Job Duties
Direct and control traffic safely throughout the landfill
Pick up litter and maintain clean work areas
Perform general labor duties as assigned
Load and move materials
Assist with site maintenance and cleanup
Support daily landfill operations
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements
Fluent in both Spanish and English (MANDATORY)
High school diploma or GED preferred
No experience required (0–4 years accepted)
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Required PPE
Employees must wear:
Steel-toe boots
Hard hat (provided if needed)
High-visibility safety vest (provided on site)
Safety glasses/eye protection
Long pants (No shorts permitted)
Work Environment
Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Exposure to dust, dirt, noise, odors, and moving equipment
