UPDATE: The position for Monday, April 13th is now filled. However, we are building a contact list for several upcoming projects located throughout the Tri-County area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach).
PLEASE NOTE: This is physically demanding work that is NOT for everyone. We need individuals who can handle consistent, hard physical labor on an active demolition site, both indoors and outdoors.

* Primary Experience: Prior demolition experience is required. You must be capable of heavy lifting, repetitive labor, and site clearing.
* Bonus Skills: We value a multi-skilled crew. Please mention if you have additional experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, or finishing work.
* Documentation: Must have proper identification and be able to provide a completed W-9 for tax purposes (1099).
* Professionalism: Must be a team player, able to take direction clearly, and maintain a positive attitude on-site.
* Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from various job sites. We do not provide transportation, pick-up, or drop-off services.
* Reliability: Punctuality is non-negotiable.

I am looking for a serious, high-energy worker for a floor demolition project in Kendall. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven project. I need someone with solid demolition experience who shows up ready to work hard.
START DATE: Monday, April 13th
EXPECTATIONS:
Chipping Hammer Experience (A MUST): You must be highly proficient with an electric chipping hammer. For this particular job, the chipping hammer is the primary focus. You must be able to chip fast and efficiently to ensure we hit our daily goals and meet project deadlines.
Versatility: While the chipping hammer is the main focus right now, you must be ready to handle other demolition tasks as the project requires.
Speed & Production: I am looking for a worker who maintains a high-intensity pace. I will be on-site monitoring the progress to ensure work is moving efficiently.
RELIABILITY & TRANSPORTATION:
Transportation: You must have your own reliable vehicle to get to and from the job site in Kendall.
No Transportation Provided: We will not be picking up or dropping off anyone. You are responsible for your own commute.
Work Ethic: I need someone reliable who shows up on time every day ready to work.
DETAILS:
Pay: $22/hour.
Duration: 1–2 weeks for this project.
Tools: I provide all necessary tools and equipment to accomplish the job.
Future Opportunity: For the right person who works hard and fits our team, there is potential for ongoing work. We provide demolition services throughout the Tri-County area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach), so future projects will require travel to different locations.
