This is not a one-time gig. We are looking for a long-term, reliable monthly setup.
What We Need:
* 1 scheduled visit per month (up to 3 hours)
* Minor repairs and general upkeep
* Priority text access for small issues between visits
Examples of typical tasks:
* Mounting shelves, mirrors, décor
* Patch and paint touch-ups
* Minor repairs
* Basic fixture adjustments
Clear boundaries:
* Minor repairs only
* Licensed electrical/plumbing excluded unless properly licensed
* Materials will be reimbursed or purchased directly by us
Trade Structure (Monthly Retainer Model):
$200–$300 spa credit per month
This is equal-value exchange for one monthly visit.
