ALLBRITE Pools is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain residential swimming pools.
Test and balance pool water chemistry.
Brush pool walls, vacuum, skim debris, and empty baskets.
Clean filter cartridges as scheduled.
Inspect pool equipment and report any repair needs.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications
Previous pool service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work outdoors in Florida's heat and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
