Responsible for performing general property maintenance repairs and maintenance of landscaping. Other maintenance tasks may be assigned. May be required to respond to emergency situations outside 9am-5pm hours.
Physically examine the property on a daily basis, Managing repairs and maintenance and ensuring the proper maintenance of the property. Some knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs. Generally maintaining and improve the quality of the public areas in a clean and safe fashion. Properties to look pristine at all times
• High school diploma.
• Requires a minimum of two years general experience in property maintenance and grounds keeping.
• Sprinkler repair and maintenance knowledge is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
9am-5pm M-F
Salary is paid monthly.
