Leprechaun Landscaping is seeking a reliable and experienced Shift Supervisor / Driver to lead a landscaping crew throughout daily service routes across South Florida. This position requires strong driving skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on landscaping experience. The ideal candidate must be dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and capable of working alongside the crew throughout the day.
This is a working supervisor position, meaning the driver is expected to actively participate in landscaping duties while managing the route and transportation of the crew.

Requirements
• MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH
• Minimum of 2 years previous driving experience required
• Previous employers and driving history will be verified
• Must be comfortable driving a truck and trailer daily
• Must have experience operating:
o Standing mowers
o Weed eaters
o Edgers
o Hedge trimmers
o Blowers
o Other standard landscaping equipment
• Arborist experience is required
o Experience trimming palm trees and handling proper pruning techniques
• Must have experience with:
o Mulching
o Planting
o General landscape maintenance
• Ability to supervise and assist a landscaping crew throughout the day
• Must maintain professionalism and keep equipment and vehicles organized
• Valid driver’s license required

Training Period
All new hires are required to complete a 4-week paid training period.
Training Compensation
• $160 per day during the first month of training
Training Details
During the training period, the owner will ride in the passenger seat daily to evaluate:
• Driving ability and safety
• Trailer handling
• Route management
• Crew supervision
• Communication skills
• Overall work performance alongside the landscaping crew
The training period is designed to ensure the driver can safely and professionally manage the daily route independently before operating without supervision.

Daily Schedule
This position operates Monday through Friday.
Daily Workflow
• 7:00 AM — Pick up truck and trailer from storage location in Pembroke Pines
• 7:30 AM — Pick up landscaping crew
• 8:30 AM — Begin scheduled service route
• 5:00 PM — Final property service completed
• 5:30 PM — Crew drop-off completed
• 6:30 PM — Return truck and trailer to storage location
Applicants must understand that this position includes full daily responsibility for transportation, route completion, equipment handling, and crew supervision.

Compensation & Benefits
• $180 per day after successful completion of training
• Estimated annual earnings: approximately $46,800 per year based on a standard Monday–Friday work schedule
Additional Compensation Opportunities
• Performance evaluation after the first year
• End-of-year December bonus opportunities
• Pay increase available beginning the second year based on performance and reliability
• Periodic bonuses available for:
o Completing large landscaping projects
o Completing high-volume service routes efficiently
• Weekend projects are paid separately from standard weekly payroll
