Position Details
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive pay ($22-25)
Work Schedule: Primarily weekdays with occasional overtime
Key Responsibilities:
• Install custom doors and closet systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience as a carpenter or finish carpenter preferred (but not required).
• Closet organizer installation experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn – we will train you on our process.
• Clean driving record (you will be asked to provide a DMV report if selected for an interview).
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a variety of settings, including residential properties.
