Condominium in East Fort Lauderdale is currently interviewing for janitor/maintenance person for common areas (not inside individual units). Position requires ability to lift approximately 70 pounds and push dumpsters that weigh approximately 500 pounds. Janitorial cleaning plus Pressure cleaning, blower in parking lot, painting corridor floors, minor landscaping.
Must have at least 5 years prior experience in a similar role for a condominium.
Work Hours 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday through Friday.
Pay is $17 per hour
