We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant to support daily manufacturing operations. This role involves assisting with product preparation, marking pre-production components, packaging finished goods, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and assembly of products prior to production
Mark pre-production materials (e.g., fabric, webbing, components) according to specifications
Package finished products accurately and efficiently
Sort, count, and organize materials and completed items
Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
Support production staff with various tasks as needed
Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Work Environment
Production and manufacturing setting
