Responsibilities
Grind and prep concrete using Lavinas and hand grinders
Repair cracks and surface damage
Mix and apply epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coatings
Broadcast flake and quartz systems
Apply top coats and sealers
Maintain tools and equipment
Keep job sites clean and professional
Load and unload equipment and materials
Experience with epoxy or concrete coatings
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Reliable transportation
Must be dependable and show up on time
Must be willing to work long days when needed
