join our attic insulation crew in South Florida.
This is hands-on construction labor. You’ll help remove old attic
insulation, prep job sites, carry materials, run hoses/equipment,
clean up, and install new insulation in residential homes.
Experience with insulation is a plus, but not required. We’re mainly
looking for someone dependable, physically strong, and willing to work
hard in hot attic spaces.
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Comfortable working in hot, tight attic spaces
- Able to safely crawl, crouch, climb, and move through tight attic
access areas for extended periods
- Able to lift heavy materials and handle physical labor
- Construction, demolition, roofing, HVAC, or insulation experience is a plus
- Willing to learn and follow directions
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation (Drivers License is a plus but not required)
