The Role: Operations Associate
You’ll be part of an operation in Boca Raton, helping process and protect high-value collectible items from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
Receive and sort incoming items, checking for accuracy and completeness
Enter item details into the system and generate order labels
Carefully handle and encapsulate collectibles like trading cards and comic books
Inspect items for quality and verify all order details
Package and prepare orders for shipment
Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and keep orders moving
This role combines light production work, quality control, and detailed data entry—all in a clean, team-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google tools)
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small, valuable items
Ability to follow processes and stay organized
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environments is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs when needed
Frequent hand use and attention to fine detail
Bending, twisting, and general movement throughout the day
