GRS Community Management is expanding and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated Maintenance Representative to join our beautiful onsite community in Boca Raton, FL!

Responsibilities:
Daily maintenance and upkeep of facilities and common areas
Completing maintenance projects safely and on schedule
Perform drywall repairs, irrigation repairs, drain cleaning, light painting, filter and bulb changes when needed
Troubleshooting issues efficiently and accurately
Conducting inspections and coordinate with licensed vendors when needed
Prioritize tasks effectively and following maintenance schedules
Provide excellent customer service to residents and onsite staff
What you Bring:
Strong background in facilities or property maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot independently
Knowledge of maintenance best practices
Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required)
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Able to diagnose and repair issues
