Amazing German stoneware punch bowl set by Marzi & Remy! It is a "Gluhwein" pot traditionally used in Germany to serve warm mulled wine or rum punch at Christmas. It can also be used as a traditional punch bowl or even as a soup tureen. It is deeply embossed with grapes, vines & depictions of various castles on the Rhine river. 6 large castles + 6 smaller around the top. It measures about 9" tall & 9" across the widest part. Two handles on the sides. Very solid and heavy. Impressed with Marzi & Remy logo on the bottom as well as the number 3361 and 5L which means it holds 5 liters of liquid. The set also includes nine (9) matching mugs or steins, each is 4" across and 3 1/2 tall. Each has 4 castles. Superb mint condition with no chips or cracks or any marks.
