Working Professional Looking for Studio / 1BR Apartment

Hi everyone,
I’m currently searching for a private studio, efficiency, or 1 bedroom apartment somewhere around Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park, or near the 33309 area for work. Not looking for a room or roommate setup.

* Full-time employed professional, LGBTQ (Gay man)
* Stable income
* Quiet, clean, respectful
* Have move-in money available now
* Looking for something long-term and peaceful
I’ve run into some difficulty with larger apartment complexes because of an older felony background, but I’ve stayed employed, kept moving forward, and am hoping to find a private landlord or smaller property owner willing to give me an opportunity!!
Really just looking for a calm place to call home and reset a bit.
